Help maintain, change inserts, repair & modify a selection of tooling used in Injection moulding, high pressure diecasting and associated processes.
Set up and operate a variety of CNC machine tools to produce precision parts.
Interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces
Select the appropriate tools, machines, and materials for each job
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform routine maintenance if needed.

Experience of using both CNC and Manual Mills; Lathes, Spark Erosion EDM, Wire EDM and surface grinding.
Proficiency, CAD, and other design software
Experience with plastics injection moulding would be helpful
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Knowledge of tooling, hand tools, power tools, and their proper usage
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical principles.
As we have a variety of machines and work to tight tolerances, training can be provided where needed.

**Salary**: £14.42-£19.23 per hour
