Job Description: As an outsourced recruitment agency, we are assisting our client in finding motivated and ambitious Sales Professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and advancing your career within a supportive team. With consistent training and feedback, you will have the opportunity to maximize your earnings through a competitive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, with a focus on Marketing professionals, and promote engaging campaigns targeting Healthcare Professionals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Client Services, Marketing, Design, Editorial & Operations) to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Take ownership of sales activities and successfully close deals within your designated therapy area(s).

Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of senior sales experience, preferably in Telesales or equivalent B2B sales.
- Ideally possess industry knowledge or experience in Publishing, Healthcare, or Pharma.
- Demonstrate a strong desire for personal improvement and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to provide and receive constructive criticism to foster professional growth.
- Alignment with the company's values, which include taking ownership, going the extra mile, and exhibiting wholehearted commitment.
