These ratings are often used by investors, lenders, and other stakeholders to gauge the quality, risk, and potential return associated with investing in or financing commercial real estate properties. We have an exciting opportunity to join Colliers as a Commercial Surveying Apprentice within our Rating team at our London office.

As a Commercial Surveying Apprentice, you will provide professional advice and recommendations to clients relating to land and property.

Our Emerging Talent Training Programme will provide you with a first-class platform from which to launch your surveying career.

It has been designed to ensure that you are able to demonstrate the required level of knowledge, skills, and behaviours associated with becoming an RICS qualified surveyor.

**Training**

Successful Apprentices will work towards the RICS APC over the duration of the apprenticeship and will take the RICS APC final assessment as the end point assessment, which will lead to achieving fully chartered surveyor status.

You will work within the Rating team and complete a variation of work to successfully complete your APC.

The training will be delivered by blended learning including online and distance learning, supported by a Virtual Learning Environment with online tutor support with a variety of workshops.

The role will allow you to access “on and off-the-job training” gaining knowledge and hands on experience.

Your apprenticeship will be undertaken over 5 years.
**Qualifications**
The apprenticeship scheme is open to individuals with A-levels, who have chosen not to pursue a degree.
