Job Overview

We’re deadly serious about social, so much so that in 2023, we intend to hire a social media agency to help guide our strategy and content and we want you to be a part of that process.

As the FFS Influencer and Social Media Executive you will be responsible for the reputation of our brand amongst our social media community. We expect you to be a part of the community, which means you are more than willing to ‘go live’ as and when the need or whim requires.

You will be responsible for the growth and success of your community. We’d like you to outreach and build ongoing relationships. You will be responsible for measuring performance, making trend recommendations, and collaborating with social media platforms to produce engaging content that increases traffic and builds brand awareness. You will collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to ensure both gifted and paid influencer campaigns are aligned and implemented on time.

What you will do at FFS
- Manage multiple social media channels with a consistent, on-brand tone of voice.
- Oversee the social content planning and development process across multiple social media channels.
- Responsible for content creation alongside Creative Co-ordinator
- Produces content using tools such as in house photography, photoshop and bank of UGC to create engaging posts.
- Contributes to the FFS blog.
- Manages relationships with influencers, both ‘gifted’ and ‘paid’, to grow awareness amongst target demographics.
- Develops and implements the strategy for activating ‘micro-influencers’ with a focus on building brand awareness and loyalty for FFS and our products.
- Maintains relationships with successful influencers a partnerships
- Sources paid influencer opportunities that align with brand goals, implements, and measures this activity to become more efficient in future campaigns
- Produces ‘live’ content from events and exhibitions to maximise brand engagement.
- Champion content optimisation, algorithm changes and new platform features
- Spot new trends and recognise new social opportunities.
- Build and engage communities with active social listening.
- Report performance back to key stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis.
