**Job Title**:Social Mentor / Academic Tutor

**Aim**: To improve a learners social confidence to leave the home and re-engage back into school

**Location**:Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire

**Frequency**: 10-15 hours per week (Mon-Fri daytime)

**Duration**:Ongoing

**Extra info**: This learner was living in a foster home in Kent but has moved across to Oxfordshire where he will be living in a foster home very soon. He is staying at his Aunt & Uncles in Upper Hayford for the time being but will move to Aston in the next coming weeks, so we are looking for a tutor who can travel to both locations. He is currently receiving online social mentoring with us but we need a tutor who can begin in person sessions ASAP.

The objective is to improve his social confidence through project based learning that focuses on covering functional skills as well as incorporating active "days out" to improve social anxiety. EHCP will be provided before the tuition begins to the tutor identified.
