We’re recruiting for a Data Analyst to join a friendly, supportive team in a successful growing business, based in Hatfield.

The purpose of the role is to support on the efficient day-to-day co-ordination of contracts by developing and delivering management information reports and requests to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, monitor and maintain accurate data from multiple sources, including primary, secondary, internal and external sources to generate relevant data for analysis
- Provide management with insight into service delivery for review at team meetings, and to support the submission of reports and claims to stakeholders
- Monitor client project documentation for compliance and accuracy through ongoing auditing of key account documentation, database and CRM entries for all key stages of the client journey - from initial sign-up to final review and impact report
- Collate evidence and ensure evidence trail meets contract regulations, including monitoring and checking completion of project documentation by specialists to help minimise errors and gaps in information
- Assist specialists in preparing and populating timesheets through liaison with individuals and oversee the collection and storing of timesheet and expense receipts and archiving as required
- Support Innovation & Growth Specialists to manage their client portfolios through the provision of ad-hoc client status reports, CRM reports and CRM views to facilitate timely submission of client project documentation
- Support the Operations Process Lead to prepare data for the regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements
- Carry out administrative development and data cleansing within the CRM and local database systems, supporting Innovation & Growth Specialists to ensure that key data fields are completed and up to date for all account managed clients on all data platformsin compliance with funders’ guidelines
- Populate the CRM with data for new Accounts from external sources
- Complete due diligence on new clients via Companies House, Beauhurst, Credit Safe and the client’s website to ensure correct information is added to CRM.???????

**Person Specific**:

- Strong analytical and numerical skills and proficient at handling, manipulating and presenting data with an eye for detail, ensuring accurate timely and meaningful outputs
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manipulate/transform, manage, analyse and present data,
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently organise and prioritise own workload
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and to meet short
- and long-term deadlines
- Proactive and flexible individual with a 'can do’ attitude
- Ability to identify problems and risks and keep manager fully informed
- Strong interpersonal and clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-improver, solicits and uses feedback to manage own learning and development
