**The Role**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and well-presented Receptionist to join our friendly team on a full-time basis. We are looking for a passionate and friendly receptionist who will act as a Brand Ambassador, offering exceptional customer service to both our clients and colleagues.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Receptionist responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following tasks and performances:

- Meeting and greeting visitors and clients, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times;
- To offer consistent, high standard service and assistance to Guests and to maintain a lobby presence that offers courteous and attentive service;
- Answer calls in a timely manner and directing callers to who they need to get in touch with via our switchboard;
- Provide high end, premium service to represent our brand;
- Maintaining the reception area, ensuring it looks pristine at all times;
- Carrying out various ad hoc administration duties.

**The successful Receptionist will**:

- 12 - 24 months’ experience in a similar role, preferably having previously worked for a luxury brand.
- Have commitment to respond to guest requests and deliver high level of service.
- Be passionate about customer satisfaction and endeavour to create the perfect customer experience.
- Have excellent grooming standards.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages will be of advantage.
- Have strong communication skills, attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Be welcoming and confident in delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Have ability to exercise discretion at all times.
- Have ability to quickly build a rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Have an enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude and excellent team player.
