**About us**

Bladon House School specialises in autism, speech and language disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties and associated behavioural difficulties. Through our work we also have also developed skills in achieving significant progress and successful outcomes for children and young people with Prader Willi Syndrome.

**The Role**

As a Night Support Worker, you will safeguard the residents, maintain confidentiality at all times and promote independence and choice.

You must be able to communicate effectively across teams, completing detailed handovers, as well as with the young people themselves, adopting their preferred communication styles.

The role will include, undertaking regular checks throughout the night and completing paperwork to a high standard as well as delivering personal care.
