Pub Supervisor

Croppers Arms is aiming to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic pub supervisor, who as part of a team, will take responsibility of the pub during busy and ambitious hours.

We are looking for someone who is a trustworthy, reliable team player. In addition, the ability to lead shifts and lead an adaptable approach to dealing with situations as they arise. We are looking for communication and people skills to deal with a wide range of customers, functions and events.

You will need to have an appreciation of health and safety at work and on occasion be required to assume responsibility for the safe management of the premises, including staff members and guests.

This customer facing role requires flexibility and a positive ‘can do’ attitude all round.
