- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels and track their progress over time

- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and encouragement
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their exercise programs as needed
- Organise and run after school clubs to primary schools.

As a Sports Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals of all fitness levels and help them achieve their health and wellness goals. You will play a crucial role in motivating, educating, and supporting clients throughout their fitness journey.

**Requirements**:

- Sports Diploma in Physical Education
- Safeguarding
- First Aid
- NGB Qualification
- FA Level 1
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a reputable organization
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt exercise programs to accommodate individuals with different abilities or limitations
- Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in personal training
