A vacancy has arisen for a permanent Accounts Assistant at our Head Office in Knutsford.

**About the position**

You will be required to adopt and promote a hands-on approach in a fast-paced finance environment and will have an opportunity to establish a progressive and successful career for yourself within a stable company.

**Primary duties will include the following**:

- collating and organising information for accountants on a daily basis
- electronic data input using Microsoft Office products
- handling large volumes of paper, including scanning and filing
- preparation of paperwork for corporation tax analysis
- collating and distributing post within the department
- property accounting administration and capex support
- supporting various other functions within the finance department
- have achieved minimum grades of A* - C (grades 5-9) in GCSE or equivalent
- be well presented and willing to work in an office environment of young professionals
- preferably have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- be able to communicate effectively with different internal and external stakeholders
- have excellent team working skills
- be able to work to tight deadlines while paying attention to detail
