**Sales Consultant - End User Accou**nts**

**The Company**: SMC Pneumatics is based in Milton Keynes, with a well-established 14-acre site. UK customers benefit from quicker delivery and customised product options where required because many SMC products are finished or assembled by hand in the Milton Keynes facility.

From putting the soles on your shoes, to the tarmac they walk on; from a packet of crisps to silicon chips; from wooden toothpicks to electric cars; youd be amazed at the things we get involved in. We dont do these things ourselves, of course, but we have worked with the people that doto enable their efforts and dreams to be realised.
Sometimes our role is significant; sometimes its small, but its never trivial and its always rewarding.

**The Role**: We are looking for a driven salesperson to join our End User team; delivering SMC's Corporate Global Account Strategy, core functions and activities.

**Key Responsibilitie**s:

- Produce, implement and maintain plans for specific user accounts to achieve sales budgets.
- Identify, implement and document continuous improvement opportunities at site level.
- Drive SMC specification with end users and identify OEM accounts for targeting.
- Develop strong working relationships with key channel partners servicing strategic target accounts.
- Using sales reports analyse user trends to deliver growth.
- Identify and document value added reports at strategic targeted accounts.
- Promote Simple, Engineered and Configured Special products.
- Actively engage with OEE and MTTF discussions with key personnel.
- Develop and maintain contact with all key personnel at all levels within strategic accounts.

**Skills and Experience**:
Proven Sales Experience

Industry/Sales Experience

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence, influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the business
