**Front of House Manager - Luxury Country House Hotel, North Devon**

We are looking for a Front of House Manager to develop and support the FOH team of this superb property in North Devon.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the senior management and developing the front of house team
- Guest handling/complaint handling
- Create and implement specific and bespoke trainings to improve brand standard and work quality
- Ensuring the delivery of quality brand standards across the hotel
- Organise and deliver on-job trainings / cross trainings for the team
- Oversee all front of house and hotel operations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years as a FOH Manager in a hotel managing a team
- Fluent English (Written and Spoken)
- Be a People Person
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards
- Be highly motivated and passionate
- Strong analytical skills
