The organsation is recruiting for a HR Advisor to provide support for the next 3-6 months, this role will be 4 days from home and 1 day in the office a week. As the advisorwithin the HR team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on high volume employee relations cases.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- To contribute to the implementation of the organisations policies and procedures.
- Supporting on project work as needed
- Providing advice on employee relations and absence management

**What you’ll need**:

- CIPD qualification or relevant experience
- Experience giving advice and support on employee relations.
- Experience in managing sickness and absence.
