What we are looking for:
An enthusiastic apprentice who will work under the direction, guidance and supervision of an experienced mentor to support the delivery of excellent refurbishment, repairs and maintenance service, whilst working to achieve a number of skills and qualifications.
The employee will be working based out of our Manchester office as part of a team of eleven. The primary responsibility will be taking customers calls. This is done individually but there is a team around for support and advice throughout the working day.
Accountabilities:
- Receiving inbound calls from customers/service users
- Logging and investigating repairs.
- Completing assignments - apprenticeship. (2 hours a day provided towards working on assignments)
- These assignments will be customer service based and will often where possible relate to the work they are currently doing within their job role.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 40 Hours Per Week
2 Shift patterns 08:00 - 16:30 & 08:30 - 17:00

What you need to have:
- Functional skills in both Math’s and English
- The ability to learn and develop a thorough knowledge of the skills, technology and safety procedures required to carry out the full range of tasks
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to understand and interpret work instructions
- Be able to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships
