Our client is looking for a Band 2 Filing Clerk to join their busy team in Llantrisant on a temporary basis.

**Essential**:

- Must be able to drive

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Access the Health Board WPAS system to request patient notes
- Track notes on receipt on WPAS system
- File all patient documentation in patient notes
- Update the Health Board WPAS system with basic waiting list entry to support the mobile unit booking team
