Bean & Cole is looking for a friendly and outgoing full time barista to join our team.

As a barista at Bean & Cole you will report to the shift manager and play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers. Whilst working at speed you will be preparing and serving hot and cold drinks to high standards whilst keeping work stations clean and remaining professional. You will also take real pride in your work place and be a fun and personable individual.

**What we are looking for**:

- Somebody with a genuine interest in hospitality and coffee
- Trained and confident barista
- Somebody who can fit into our friendly team and maintain our positive relationships with our customers

**Job roles**:

- Make great tasting and well presented drinks
- Taking orders and payments and delivering food/drink to tables
- Ensuring that the floor and bar areas are clean, tidy and full stocked
- Ensuring that all brewing equipment is functioning and report any issues to cafe manager
- Support other parts of the shop where required

**Working hours**:

- Your working hours will average at 35-40 hours per week across our two locations
- You will be expected to work a mix of weekdays and weekends, so full availability is required
