With the ever-increasing amount of Chinese customer enquiries, visits and purchases from our wide-range of collections, we are now looking for a part-time Mandarin-speaking sales support specialist to join us, onsite two days per week in the stunning Lincolnshire countryside.

The Hemswell Antique Centres are considered one of the largest centres for antiques in Europe, attracting collectors, dealers, and enthusiasts from all over the world.

With the ever-increasing amount of Chinese customer enquiries, visits and purchases from our wide-range of collections, we are now looking for a part-time Mandarin-speaking sales support specialist to join us, onsite two days per week in the stunning Lincolnshire countryside.

Your role

You will be the important link between marketing and sales team and make a real impact on our business success. You will play an important role in guiding our Chinese customers throughout their buying journey.

Job title: Chinese sales support specialist

Location: Hemswell, UK - on site

Employment type: Part-time (20 - 30 hours per week)

Actual days/hours will be mutually agreed with the successful applicant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing Chinese customer enquiries from multiple online channels including but not limited to WeChat, Little Red Book, Website etc. providing timely feedback and sufficient information back to client in their preferred way.
- Assisting Chinese customers with product selection, price quotes and bespoke needs.
- Following up with potential customers to provide advice and guidance to facilitate purchasing decisions.
- Assisting and guiding Chinese customers who are planning to visit and accompanying them while they are visiting onsite if appropriate.
- Liaising on with marketing teams and sales teams to get accurate information for customers.
- Dealing with external and internal queries in a professional, client orientated manner.
- Ensuring the integrity of client information maintained in the database systems.
- Identifying ways to improve customer service and experience for Chinese purchasers.
- Staying current with product knowledge and offerings.
- Attending training sessions as required.

Key skills:

- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written, in both Mandarin and English.
- Client-first spirit and positive working attitude.
- Ability to take ownership with can-do attitude, whilst seeking guidance from senior team members and experts when required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines,
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to learn from experience and make improvements
- Ability to identify and escalate any potential risks.

Your background:

- Experience of working or studying in the UK.
- Proven success in administrative tasks, sales experience, or customer service.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week under current VISA.
- *Ability to come to Hemswell onsite 2 days per week.

**Salary**: £12,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
