Office based Monday to Friday position. Working with planned maintenance, fit out and refurbishment calls and bookings wtth a successful Independent Business.
**Responsibilities include**:
*Receiving calls from engineers and sub
*Liaising with the field team to ensure work tasks are updated
*Allocating workload / information to appropriate teams
*Calculating and submitting quotes
*Contacting client sites to book in engineers
*Ensure Health and Safety information on everyone is held up to date
- General administration including ordering stationary, and greeting visitors
