We are recruiting for this exciting new opportunity to enhance our aftermarket and repairs service offering within our business. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Aftermarket Technical Specialist to fulfil the growth potential of the Kinshofer UK (KUK).

Working as a key part of the enthusiastic and like-minded KUK team this role will support the business in providing a comprehensive aftermarket service. You will be a key player in the aftermarket process cycle and managing our customer experience.
- You will be provided with comprehensive technical training to enable you to develop into You will provide a comprehensive aftermarket and repairs service to our customers, answering customer queries and offering technical advice across our product range.
- Liaise with Kinshofer manufacturing facilities, the global technical team and customers to troubleshoot issues to provide timely solutions to product issues.
- Administer warranty claims in line with internal processes, managing customer expectations throughout the process.
- Administer and coordinate the return of products and parts where applicable to enable the identification and corrective action of customer issues.
- Providing a practical solution, completing repairs either at our manufacturing site or on a customer site in line with the recommendations of the technical team.
- Being a reliable, knowledgeable and friendly go to person for customers, dealers and distributors.

**About You**:

- You will ideally have some experience in a similar industry or have a natural curiosity and technical interest with the drive to learn.
- Experience in an operations environment with previous experience in technical administration and practical repairs.
- Someone who is focused on delivering and responding to customer needs and requirements
- Someone who is keen to work flexibly with varied work as part of a busy team
- Someone who can manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks
- Have confident initiative and can-do attitude
- Have a thorough, detailed and highly organised approach with a desire for process improvement.
- You will be good at building strong relationships - focused on delivering and responding to customer needs and requirements through a growing dealer network.
- You will be committed to providing an outstanding end to end customer experience throughout the sales process and after sales.
- You will be confident, keen to work flexibly and independently with varied work as part of a busy team.
- UK and occasional European travel will be required as you develop into the full role.
