**Senior Audit and Accounts Manager Job Vacancy**

With several roles reporting into this role, you will be a natural leader that can nurture a positive working environment, whilst ensuring the highest quality service is delivered.

You will be ACA, ACCA or CA qualified, with extensive?management experience in?an accountancy practice. You will be a great support to the Directors and possess the technical and communication skills required to build and maintain great client relationships.You’ll also have commercial acumen and be a great networker.

**Job Purpose**
- Oversee audits and accounts for clients from planning to completion.
- Oversee the preparation of management and statutory accounts for a large client portfolio.
- Oversee the preparation of personal and corporate tax computations.
- Mentor, oversee and support the audit and accounts team.
- Work alongside the general accountancy team and corporate tax arm of the firm.
- Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are met.
- Work alongside the Directors lending your support with company growth.
- Assist with target setting and department budgeting.
- Ability to identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
- Confident in networking to promote the department and involvement in all areas of business development.
- Overseeing the audit team and championing the firm’s values within the team.
- Provide professional client-facing communication skills.
- Set an example for the team as a natural leader.

**What’s On Offer**
- £60,000 to £75,000 per annum

**The Successful Applicant**
- ACA, ACCA or CA qualified with extensive practice experience.
- Self-motivated and reliable and eager to progress.
- Technically efficient in both audit and accounting
- Commercial acumen.
- A positive attitude and the ability to problem solve.
- A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team.
- A positive attitude.
- Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency.
- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
