Are you a Senior Java Developer, looking to take a step into a R&D based organisation, working on cutting-edge and UK critical programmes of work?

A unique opportunity for an experienced Java Software Developer to work as a Team Lead within a truly innovative environment. Programmes of work will include: Healthcare, Policing & Energy.

Core Technical Skillset:

- Hands-on experience with large scale full-stack **Java** projects
- Experience of **Continuous Integration** methodologies - Maven, GIT, Jenkins
- An **AWS** advocate
- **Microservices** design

Coupled with a strong hands-on technical skillset, this role also requires the individual to be client-focused, and engaging with the ability to be 'face' of the organisation, building strong senior Customer relationships. You will be the technical 'go-to',leading the strategic technical direction and building Teams. (All whilst being able to get into the weeds)

In return, the Team Lead will be at the forefront of growth, with extensive training opportunities available (due to partnerships with Google, Amazon & Microsoft) - financial reward is obtained through their Bonus scheme (10-20%). Flexible hybrid working.
