Boutique Sales Associate

**Duties**:

- Greet customers, provide excellent customer service and shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized boutique
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
- Answer customer enquiries and provide product information where required
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
- Extremely confident on social media. With a good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Customer friendly
- Experience in retail is preferred. Visual Merchandising is extremely desirable
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Phone etiquette for handling customer enquiries over the phone

**Requirements**:

- A keen interest in fashion
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
