Food Production Operative

**Starting in 1885 in Glasgow, the Grants brothers began their journey, and it continues to flourish in the heart of Burns Country, Ayrshire. Today, Grant's Foods maintains its dedication to crafting top-quality food using fresh produce at its core.**
- Responsibilities of the job include:_
- Working on the production line assisting with the manufacturing of canned foods.
- Weighing and mixing of raw materials
- Loading raw materials into machinery/equipment.
- "Clean as you go" policy
- Movement of raw materials about the factory
- Preparing of meat/dry goods
- Clean downs at the end of the production run.

Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential as training will be given.

Raw meat experience is desirable, but training will be provided.

We are a hard-working hands on team, and are looking to build on this.

Back shift hours of 2pm-10pm.

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
