**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Processing**: Efficiently handle customer orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications and delivery timelines.

**Data Management**: Maintain and update records using our ERP system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for relevant departments.

**Communication**: Liaise with various teams, suppliers, and customers to facilitate smooth operations and timely delivery of services.

**Document Control**: Manage and organise engineering drawings, ensuring they are accessible to the relevant teams and conform to quality standards.

**Process Improvement**: Actively seek opportunities for business and process improvement. Propose and implement ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Basic Engineering Understanding**: Develop a foundational understanding of our sheet metal manufacturing processes, including laser cutting, press brake folding, tube lasering, welding, rubber lining, shot blasting, painting, powder coating, and galvanising.

**Problem Resolution**: Address day-to-day operational challenges promptly, collaborating with different departments to find effective solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Experience using Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their functionalities.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Proactive mindset with a keen interest in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in daily tasks.
- Some experience using CAD software is desirable but not essential.
