Strategy Director Insurance, Private Equity

The role is part of a new global consulting and technology business focused on insurance and reinsurance companies and other participants in the insurance industry. The team provides strategy consulting and advisory services to many of the most prestigiouscompanies in Global (Re)insurance & Private Equity.
Your role will involve delivering exceptional insights and work for our clients and building enduring relationships with them to support their acquisition plans in insurance markets across EMEA. You will contribute to sales generation and the developmentof the proposition, supporting the FS leader.
You will be leading delivery of Commercial Due Diligence and a range of other transaction services to clients, managing project teams who will deliver outstanding work that makes a difference for our clients.
Essential Skills for the successful Director - Private Equity Strategy
- 8+ years’ experience in strategic consulting with transaction services background serving Financial Sponsors (Private Equity firms)
- Demonstrated experience of building trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Experience in the insurance sector and the ability to translate that into impactful advice for Financial Sponsors
- Proven experience of managing teams to deliver complex projects to demanding timelines
- Highly developed interpersonal skills - relationship building, communication, team management
- Demonstrated personal qualities of planning, commitment, resolving problems, decisiveness, and commitment to personal development
