**OVERVIEW: FREELANCE L2 CHEF ASSESSOR**
An opportunity to join an innovative and growing provider, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Chef Assessor to join their successful team.
Based from home, you will be responsible for assessment of Commis Chef level 2 learners in Sheffield and surrounding area.
You will already hold the relevant Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA or equivalent) and ideally Teaching Qualification.
**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: FREELANCE L2 CHEF ASSESSOR**
Train, assess, motivate and support Commis Chef learners on programmes towards achieving Level 2 qualification.
- Maximise the use of e-learning and using a variety of assessment methods to ensure learners have the chance to evidence their knowledge in a variety of ways.
- Support, develop, implement and evaluate approved Commis Chef training materials, promoting standardisation, use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity to supporting them to achieving their qualification in a timelymanner.
**QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES: FREELANCE L2 CHEF ASSESSOR**
- A1 Assessor Award (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33 etc.)
- A minimum 3 years' occupational experience within cookery
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary
- UK driving license
**SALARY/BENEFITS: FREELANCE L2 CHEF ASSESSOR**
- £150 per day
- 1 - 2 days per week available
