The Best Connection are recruiting Laboratory Assistants for Immediate Starts based in Walsall.

***Previous background of working in a laboratory is required**

**Hours and Pay**:

- 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday ( Ongoing )
- £11.50 to £12.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

**Job Role and duties**:
As a Laboratory Assistant You will be taking samples of oils and be responsible for maintaining quality inspection records as well as Testing the purity of oil to water ratio / Moisture
- Dipping into the oil - Batch testing samples and Logging results
- Tracking shipments through the process to when they arrive to when they leave
- Recording all information
- Operate electronic inspection equipment and software Experience required for a Laboratory Assistant

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Canteen
- Ongoing Assignment
- Overtime Available
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period.
- Weekend Work
