**Human Resources - Employee Design & Service Experience **product is one of the core components of HR, focuses on operational, transactional, repeatable, process driven activities as well as providing self-service and Tier 1 answers to current & former employee and manager queries on policies, processes, situations and life events, ranging from onboarding to retirement. ED&SE operates large scale employee and manager service channels in addition to high volume operations and execution channels across the full spectrum of HR services.
This role will sit as part of the EMEA ED&SE Cross Regional Operations team, focused on the delivery of benefits projects and initiatives within employee support services in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. The team partner with global business product owners to drive consistency of global products / services delivery. The team supports projects and initiatives depending on the types of organisational, regulatory, legal, or operational changes that operations need to accommodate & implement.

**Overall Role Objective**:
The role will be key in supporting the implementation of system driven benefits modules across multiple countries in the EMEA region. This role will be important to enable efficient benefits selection processes, supporting the co-ordination of benefit programmes by working closely with both the strategic partners and the business execution teams.

This is a new and dynamic team that are focused on supporting the build out and transformation of EMEA locations. The HR EDSE Cross Regional Operations team works in close partnership with the HR Operational teams on engineering global consistent processes to support HR operational activity for multiple locations.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver key benefits projects as part of the ED&SE Cross Regional Ops team, contributing to the evolution of the product as well as other Infrastructure-related activities:

- Benefits project management oversight: project plan creation and ownership, documenting key risks / issues / dependencies, tracking action items.
- Contribute to the benefits review process and key planning sessions.
- Defining the benefits workflow and defining process documentation.
- Organise user acceptance testing and support testing execution.
- Provide coordination support for benefit initiatives required of the ED&SE teams.
- Oversee readiness the benefits function and partner with HR operational teams to execute a continuous change agenda of process improvement and simplification activities through:

- Independently lead key benefit initiative(s) within the ED&SE book of work.
- Escalating issues, owning follow ups on progress, and providing regular stakeholder updates
- Challenge current state processes via reviews and documentation, identifying areas for simplification, process reengineering or improvement.
- Key metrics and data analysis, reviewing trends and key themes to enable data-driven decisions.

**Desirable Skills & Experience**
- **Relevant **experience in a benefits based operational / project based role, preferably within **HR services** area.
- Results oriented; strong initiative to identify and implement solutions; confident to work independently on tasks and take the lead in organising thoughts and actions.
- Desire to learn about effective operations, project management and scalable initiative
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload in a pressurised and deadline driven environment, operating within tight timeframes.
- Ability to build and leverage a strong network of partnerships across multiple locations internally and externally.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and working level knowledge of Word desired
- Ability to run with a number of tasks concurrently, ensuring that all tasks are seen through to resolution whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with employees across all levels of the organization in a sensitive manner.
- Strong time management skills; efficient at multi-tasking and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on-time, to a high-level standard
- HCM system experience, implementation and execution.
