**Transport Planner**
**Role Responsibilities**
- Management the C&D Fleet to carry out Pallet deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Ensure effective management and planning of drivers in accordance with working time directive and EU drivers hours.
- Work with customers to meet current and anticipated requirements.
- Ensure effective communication to the whole driving team.
- Liaising with workshops to ensure equipment inspected on time and defects rectified and maintained to a high standard
- Strong IT literacy skills including Microsoft packages
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to spot and escalate potential problems
- Solid organisation skills, able to prioritise and work effectively to deadlines
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably within a warehouse/ distribution/ logistics environment
- The ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly
You will be expected to work as part of a dedicated and efficient team in the transport office, routing both deliveries and collections.
A Geographical knowledge of the United Kingdom would be an advantage.

- 0500 to 1400 and 1000 to 1900
