People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a leading mechanical contractor within the commercial sector.
Having expanded their UK coverage over the past 3 years they have now set up an office based just outside Bristol to better serve their Southwest Clients.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Contract: Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000-£26,000 Depending on experience
Day to Day Duties
As an Administrator, your duties will include:
Administering quotes and invoices resulting from emergency call outs and ad-hoc work requests.
Review, amend where necessary and issue report sheets to clients in line with agreed SLA’s.
Responsible for all repair works for assigned clients, ordering parts and confirming arrival of those parts,
Authorising supplier invoices, booking in dates and liaising with clients and suppliers
Calculate and issue costs for emergency call outs and issue to clients.
Liaise with engineers at start and finish of repairs to ensure scope of works is clear to them and to ensure that works are completed or require further attention.
Answering Telephone calls, dealing with customers directly or passing to relevant dept.
Essential Skills
As an Administrator, you must be;
Fluent in English and possess strong communication skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Creative approach to problem solving
Demonstrate a desire to make decisions and take ownership
Strong sense of professionalism
Self-motivated & a good team player
Technically adept, with experience using MS Excel, the Office suite and task management systems
Desirable Experience
The role is based in Warmley Bristol, although you should also be able to work from home when required.
Possess excellent planning and organisational skills.
Able to make logical decisions that consistently achieve value for money for both customer and company
Be able to focus clearly on achieving goals whilst working collaboratively with colleagues
Ideally have experience in the FM or building services industry
