**PROPERTY SALES ADMIN/PROGRESSION**

Unlike typical high street estate agencies NPP Residential was born as a specialist off-plan investment agency and has, over the past 12 years, developed a full service offering to include sales, lettings, investments and management divisions. We work collaboratively between departments to offer landlords, investors and vendors a dynamic and convenient service throughout their whole property transaction, all under one roof.The sales role we are looking to fill will involve building relationships with investors within a well established and rapidly growing database, with daily new incoming leads.

The nature of the company means that progression is of multiple units at one time and therefore gives an experienced progressor the chance to earn more and achieve more out of their pipeline progression.

Providing accurate and timely information to internal and external parties is vital alongside effective liaison with lawyers, agents and developers on behalf of clients. Monitoring the progress of each purchase in terms of contracts and payments and managing documentation processes and records management. Managing solicitors acting for the applicant throughout the transaction is key to success.

You will take pride in ensuring that each sale is managed to specific standards and be responsible for actively updating all channels and pushing for and able to achieve agreed exchange deadlines. Prepare weekly reports on sales leads, and progression ensuring progress is charted and procedures adhered to.

You will effectively manage enquiries that are raised on a purchase and prepare and update each file in line with the level of progress. A high level of problem solving is required and an enjoyment of interacting with clients via the telephone.

There will also be aspects of CRM support and office management.

Our investment team have a number of exciting projects all across the UK that we will be launching in 2023, with a pipeline that stretches much further. We are looking for determined individuals that are motivated to succeed and passionate about property.

**Skills Required**:

- Understanding the conveyancing process and able to act, advise and proactively resolve matters holding up the progress
- You must be self-motivated and determined to succeed against agreed performance indicators.
- Excellent communication skills are a must; you will be able to demonstrate good listening and questioning skills, and have the confidence to probe and gather information.
- You must be confident on the phone to solicitors and clients.
- You must be able to remain calm under pressure.
- Great customer service skills.
- Ability to schedule call outs to customers to introduce yourself and then regularly supply them with updates about their property purchase or sale.
- Work with consultants in the office, keeping them up to date with all relevant facts with clear and concise information regularly.
- Undertake all checks that need to take place with regards to buyer and vendor ID, finance information and that relevant information has been passed to solicitors.
- Ensure all necessary details are logged.
- Ability to manage the process and escalate issues where necessary
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
