Floor Layer

Spencer Clarke is hiring for multiple floor layers for an on going contract with Camden Council.

As a floor layer you will be based in the London Camden area, you will be tasked with:

- carrying out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from emergency and other routine reactive repairs on numerous sites daily.
- single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties and other premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations.
- To carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works ‘Right First Time’.
- The post-holder is required to work flexibly to support service delivery between these hours which may include changes to working times / patterns in order to deliver an effective service.

The floor layer will have:

- Experience in a similar role and time served
- experience in vinyl floor laying and cap and cove

What’s on offer.
- the role is working Mon-Fri
- 08:00-16:00 and saturdays 08:00-13:00.
- the role is paying £23 p/hr
- the role comes with a work van for work use.
