**Role: Head of Catering**

**Location**:Russell's Hall Hospital - Dudley**

You will be accountable for delivering exceptional retail catering, hospitality, patient, and/or restaurant services at a site, ensuring compliance with our catering brand standards. Providing a superior customer experience is paramount to our operations' success and take pride in leading the way in achieving this goal."

**Main Duties**

As** Catering Manager**, you will lead and manage the **QSHE **(Quality, Safety, Health and Environment) and food handling processes, ensuring compliance with our catering standards. You will also focus on delivering exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and meeting portion control expectations. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities include managing P&L accounts, preparing budgets, and maintaining food costs within the unit. You will continuously improve service and quality standards, promote the unit, and serve as a brand ambassador. You will also supervise, train, and motivate my team to provide a high-quality service, while ensuring effective deployment of staff and management of kitchen operations.

**What we are looking for**

To excel in this Head of catering services role, you must possess a proven track record of delivering high-quality services, combined with strong supervisory and management skills. A relevant professional catering qualification is also essential, along with a good understanding of budgets and experience managing budgets or P&L's. Communication skills are necessary, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ability to work effectively in a team or independently, be flexible and adaptable, and maintain high standards with attention to detail is also crucial.
