Multiskilled Joiner

**Key Information**

We are seeking a highly motivated Multiskilled Joiner to assist our client on their social housing contracts.

**The Role**

You will be carrying out maintenance and refurbishment on social housing properties. This will include both tenanted and void properties
- A salary package that reflects your skills and experience, within a range of £14.50- £16.00 per hour
- 40 hour week
- 20 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays
- Company vehicle for work use

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Experience in working in a Social Housing environment
- Hold a qualification in joinery or timeserved
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Experience working in other trades
- Possess a valid clean UK driving licence.
- Work based references
