Production Inspector

TRG Recruitment are recruiting for the Royal Mint based in Llantrisant, South Wales.

We are looking for Production Inspector to work on an ongoing basis in a prestigious company steeped in History.

Production Inspector staff pay rate: £14.64ph

**Job Role**

To work alongside the production shift reporting any issues to the Team Leader, complete the actions to eliminate/minimise the risk
- Ensure quality of manufactured goods.
- Inspect goods as they are finished
- Inspect components, subassemblies, and assemblies.
- Perform quick visual inspections.
- Take samples for testing.
- Perform inspections.
- Record pass/fail grade of products.
- Weigh product and samples to verify packaging weight.
- Compare the samples with running standard, packing instruction, coin specification and catalogue of defects
- Previous qualify background is essential
- Good work ethic

- Flexibility to work different shifts

**Shift patterns, days and hrs of work**

To follow a 3 week shift pattern averaging 39 hours per week.

Week 1: Mon - Fri 05:45 - 15:00

Week 2: Sat & Sun 05:45 - 18:00

Week 3: Mon - Fri 14:45 - 00:00
