We are a little care home, giving residential care in Farnworth, Bolton and we have 19 residents with diverse care requirements.

**Job description**

A care assistant working days is required. Working hours are from 8am until 8pm. Shift patterns are ROTA based and can change.

You will be responsible for the personal care of 19 residents. Your role will be to provide the care required, tailored to the individual by following the guidance within their personal care plans.

You will also be responsible for other tasks such as some cleaning duties and laundry.

**What we require from you**

We require a reliable, caring, proactive person who is willing to join our team at our little care home in Farnworth.

Experience within the care sector is required.

Flexibility is highly desired. Due to circumstances, we really require someone who is able to work with little notice.

**Our qualification program**

All staff are offered the opportunity to undertake NVQ qualifications. If you wish to undertake an NVQ whilst working for SH Care then we will support you fully through this endeavour. Please let us know if this is something you wish to do
