Trainee Accountant Scheme

A great opportunity to start your career in accountancy, working towards an internationally recognised qualification ACCA and gaining valuable on-the-job experience with a reputable and friendly accountancy firm based in Petts Wood, Orpington.

Reporting to the practice manager, this entry-level role will provide broad exposure to all areas of accountancy, including:

- Accounts Preparation
- Completion of VAT Returns
- Client Book-keeping - Purchase and Sales Ledgers
- Daily use of Xero and MS Excel

A basic starting salary between £20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience and education, coupled with ACCA Study Support and comprehensive on-the-job training.

About you:

- Strong GCSE results in both Maths and English
- A levels (C and above) or equivalent.
- A first or second-class degree.
