The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting on behalf of a family run manufacturer, who have been trading for almost 60 years. They are recruiting for a keen and hardworking Production operative to join their friendly team in Essex. This is a place of progressionand development with many options once you get your foot in the door. They are flexible, honest and hardworking people searching for a person with these same qualities to join the company as it grows.

They offer a choice of the following working patterns:
7am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am - 1pm Friday

OR

7am - 3:30pm Monday to Thursday

If you are interested please apply

Key responsibilities:

- Using hand tools
- Assembling framework
- Attending team meetings
- Packing goods ready for dispatch
- Any reasonable ad-hoc duties that coincide with the role

Skills, qualities & experience
- Good communication skills
- Organised and able to work to deadlines
- A team player who can work on their own initiative
- Willing and able to be on their feet
- Able to work a 40 hour week
- High attendance and punctual

**Benefits**:

- 25 days annual leave plus 9 bank holidays
- Pay increase after 12 weeks
