Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media and marketing? We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media and Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our legal brand's online presence across multiple jurisdictions. As the Social Media and Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital initiatives, responsible for crafting engaging content, analysing trends, and developing strategies to connect with our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Social Media Development**:Plan and develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- **Compelling Content Creation**:Develop content for our social media platforms, encompassing blog posts, articles, multimedia content, and posts. You will work closely with fee earners in the writing of targeted content to attract clients.
- **Social Media Advertising**:Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns to target specific audiences. You will work closely with the team developing campaigns and working closely with our marketing agency. Campaigns should target specific audiences and promote potential client engagement.
- **Content Calendar Management**:Maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns run through the Marketing and Business Development Team, ensuring a consistent and timely online presence in areas of law relevant to the audience and time of year.
- **Campaign Management**:Analyse the existing and future advertising campaigns so that they are enhancing brand visibility and engagement. Should a campaign not deliver, then assess whether the visuals or the audience need to be adjusted.
- **ROI Measurement**:Set clear and measurable goals for campaigns, meticulously tracking their performance and demonstrating Return on Investment (ROI) to showcase the impact of our marketing efforts.
- **Data-Driven Insights**:Regularly assess the company's social media strategy, delivering reports to the management and executive teams. These reports will outline key insights and recommend adjustments to the overall marketing plan, ensuring its alignment with long-term company strategy.
- **Trend Monitoring**:Stay up to date with the latest digital advertising trends, how both legal services are acquired and marketing techniques using SEO monitoring.
- **Customer Interaction**:Monitor and respond promptly to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts, fostering a positive and engaging online community around our brand.
- **Competitor Analysis**:Regularly monitor and analyse competitor social media strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- **Live Events and Webinars**:Coordinate and promote live events, webinars, and Q&A sessions across social media platforms, driving audience participation and engagement.
- **Employee Advocacy**:Develop an employee program to leverage the personal networks of team members and amplify brand messaging.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in utilising social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in measuring and showcasing ROI for digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in advertising in Legal Services or any other relevant Professional Services such as Financial Services or Accountancy. Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and evolving digital technologies.
