The role SAP is our core system used for Finance, Sales and HR. As an SAP Apprentice, you will find yourself assisting the functional team with general day to day activities to build an understanding of working in an Information Services (IS) environment specialisingin SAP.

You will gain a Level 3 in IT Solutions Tech Software Solutions.

This role will best suit a college student with an interest in IT or a university graduate searching for new career path within IT.

Main responsibilities This will include the below activities:

- 1st point of contact within the SAP Team for helpdesk calls. Work closely with the service desk to ensure processes are followed. Assist with weekly helpdesk meetings.
- SAP Account maintenance for creating and changing accounts and password resets.
- Work with the functional team to learn the different areas of SAP such as Finance and Sales and maintain master data through data loads.
- System monitoring to review performance and flag any potential issues.
- Review system documentation and update as required.
- Testing of the system during development and projects.
- Attend training sessions held by 3rd parties and cross training in other areas within IS.
- Attend meetings and take meeting minutes.

In return you will get to work with and learn from experienced SAP professionals within Shoosmiths. This role will give you a broad overview of an SAP Team and allow the individual to progress their career within an IS role.
