Are you a problem solver? Do you thrive on helping people find solutions to household maintenance issues? We at Intercounty are currently searching for a trouble shooter to join our property management team based in Bishops Stortford.

This role will be phone based, providing a triage service to our tenants, when they encounter issues within their property. You will be required to diagnose potential issues for tenants, explain and discuss possible solutions, referring to our property management team to instruct contractors where needed.

This is an exciting role where you will work closely with our team of property managers, helping tenants and landlords to find solutions to issues within a short time span. Many issues can be helped, they just need the right guidance. That is where you come in.
