**Work Pattern**: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**Main Responsibilities** You will be responsible for customer facing relationships with communication at the forefront.

You will be responsible for driving service, problem solving, the proactive management of customer relationships.

**Your Key Accountabilities**:

- 1-2-1 contact with Customer, consistency of approach, ownership and removing surprises
- Working with Customer Operations Manager to optimise service levels and ongoing logístical solutions/optimisation for key assigned customers
- Feedback, recommendations and solutions both internal and external with regards to service level
- Supplier to customer excellence
- Smooth management of delivery of product to customers
- FMCG / Retail experience preferred
- Microsoft office knowledge, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Basic logistics experience is desirable
- Experience of ordering systems is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, influencing and persuasion skills
- Data interpretation knowledge
