**Role Overview**:
**Role**: Assistant Director of Housing HUB
**Area**: Housing
**Location**: Hammersmith & Fulham
**Reports to**: Director of Housing
**Grade**: E

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead strategic initiatives to improve operational management and service delivery.
Provide guidance on housing finance, repairs, digital interface, and stock investment.
Analyze service provision options and advise on best-value solutions.
Manage HRA budget, savings, and income targets.
Project manage critical initiatives such as service charge reviews and capital programs.
Champion diversity and equality initiatives within the organization.

**Skills/Experience Required**:
Educated to at least first-degree level or equivalent experience.
Significant experience in corporate policy design and delivery.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
