Due to the growth of the business we are looking to hire a Field Care Supervisor to support the Registered Manager for our Liverpool office.

We are expanding our service and this role will supplement and grow with the service. We are looking for someone who is committed and wanting to develop their career. We want someone who will have the determination and ability to make this role their own and develop the role themselves as they develop.
Full training & Induction Plan will be provided for the role to ensure that you're confident and supported to complete the duties required, so if you're an experienced carer looking for that next step we'd love to hear from you

The role itself will be a hybrid role initially, providing care to our Service Users out in the community and supervisory tasks. Initially the 40 hour contract will be split between 35 hours delivering care and 5 hours performing supervisory duties. This will develop and change as the service grows and will become more supervisory than delivering care. There will also be the opportunity to work overtime should you wish.

You will need to be flexible with hours and confident in supervising staff members and be a car driver with access to a vehicle for work. Mileage payments of £0.35 per mile are paid during your working hours.

Pay will start at £11.30 p/h and rise to £11.50 p/h upon successful completion of 3 month probation period. Pay rate will be reviewed regularly as the service grows.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Spot checking carers out in the field
- Completing competency checks
- Carry out service user assessments
- Providing high quality person-centred care to service users
- Rostered On Call Duties of evening & weekend (1 weekend in 4), On Call duties won't start until you're settled into the role
- Monitor Carers and evaluate performance
- Communicate and present yourself in a professional manner
- Hold full UK driving licence
- Assist Registered Manager with supervisory duties
