Job Title: Cleaning operative

Starting wage £13.00 per hour + fuel allowance

Location: Southend and surrounding areas

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards and procedures. i.e. sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean and sanitize washrooms and kitchens.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
- Safely store cleaning equipment and materials.
- Report any maintenance issues to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cleaning operative.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team and able to follow instructions.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Ability to consistently deliver work to a high standard with strong time management.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and open to learning new skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour
