**You**:
You’re a caring, can-do person with experience working in building maintenance. Ideally, some of that has been gained in a care home setting. Faults must be reported and actioned promptly. We’ll also expect you to keep the grounds looking tidy and carry out general redecoration work. As our Maintenance Person, you’ll be a valuable member of our friendly, close-knit team, promoting the well-being of our residents and the successful running of our care home.
