Full-time | Permanent | £25,865 - £37,130 Per Annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the College.
**You must have**:
- MSc/BSc(Hons) in Strength and Conditioning or Similar
- BASRAT accredited or willing to work towards
- Experience within an educational setting ideally HE or FE
- A Passion for change and a commitment to high quality education
- Knowledge of the Sports and Exercise sector
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Plan, Deliver and Assess learners to the highest standards
- Meet personal and team deadlines to ensure compliance with all areas of the curriculum.
- Proactively seek and undertake industry recognised training
- Work within the wider faculty across both HE and FE provisions to support learners.
- Share best practices with colleagues, and identify gaps in personal knowledge or skills.
- Determine and reinforce expectations for learners conduct that mirror the college expectations.
- Work to support the health and wellbeing agenda.
- Generate reports for learners and managers to identify key strengths and weaknesses within programmes.
