Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician
Factory Based (Abergavenny, Merthyr Tydfil, Tredegar Commutable)
£33,000 Including shift allowance + Rotating shift pattern + No Weekends + 4 day week unless on days + Development and progression + Benefits
Shifts are Days, lates and nights on a weekly rotation
Are you a multi skilled Maintenance Technician or Engineer looking to join a bespoke, blue chip business as they continue to thrive and expand. This role offers a great work life balance (4 day week, no weekends) and a generous shift allowance.

My client produce bespoke components for a range of industries - backed by a large blue chip group they are going through and exciting period and aim to expand as they increase business demand. This is a great opportunity for a quality technician or coordinator to take a step in their career. Duties include responding to and resolving equipment breakdowns, carrying out planned preventative maintenance on bespoke production machinery.
The Role:

- Multi skilled maintenance technician
- Rotating shifts
- PPM and reactive
- Maintenance experience in manufacturing environment
- NVQ or apprentice time served
