Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, fixing electrical issues, and repairing or replacing damaged equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and address them promptly
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including HVAC units, pumps, and motors
- Weld and fabricate metal structures as needed
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with various tools and equipment
- Proficient in electrical repairs, including troubleshooting electrical systems and reading schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and find effective solutions
- Fluent in English with good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Leadership abilities to supervise other maintenance staff members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance work
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with clients
